The Rock of Cashel and Bunratty

I'm standing by Saint Patricks cross, or what's left of it. This is at the Rock of Cashel.

The cemetary surrounding the grounds are full of amazing headstones and celtic crosses. This was one of my favorite ones.

That is the Rock of Cashel behind me.

The Durty Nelly in Bunratty claims to be the oldest pub in Ireland. Although another one in Northern Ireland has the same claim. Either way it was really cool. Claire and I ordered"cheese toasties" , we know them as grill cheese sandwhiches. Not as good as ours here.

Here is the Bunratty Castle. They have the whole village surrounding the castle set up like it would have been back then.
